What you will do
- Manage, lead, and mentor a team of field-based District Sales Managers and senior sellers to exceed revenue targets.
- Drive strategic account planning and territory development to maximize business growth across France.
- Collaborate with channel partners and strategic security alliance models to scale market presence.
- Establish influential relationships with Enterprise C-suite executives to solve complex security challenges.
- Oversee pipeline accuracy and deliver executive forecasts within a matrixed organization.
- Lead regional talent acquisition, including recruiting, hiring, and continuous professional development.
Requirements
- Proven success as a second-line sales leader managing field-based sales managers in a high-growth environment.
- Deep domain expertise in the cybersecurity, information security, or enterprise networking industries.
- Consistent track record of delivering against challenging revenue targets and organizational quotas.
- Fluency in both French and English is required.
- Must be based in France; no immigration sponsorship is provided.
- Experience leveraging channel partners and security alliance models in the French region.
