What you will do
- Prospect and close new mid-market logos, dedicating approximately 80% of time to hunting and pipeline growth.
- Manage a portfolio of 15–20 existing strategic accounts to drive renewals and expansion opportunities.
- Execute the full sales cycle from initial discovery and outreach to negotiation and closing.
- Develop territory plans to prioritize high-potential prospects and sequence the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Channel Account Managers, and BDRs to build business cases and co-sell.
- Utilize AI-driven forecasting and account intelligence tools to scale personalized outreach and improve visibility.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of closing new business.
- Ability to build pipeline through outbound efforts and manage the full sales cycle.
- Experience engaging IT directors, network engineers, and security leaders.
- Proficiency with sales tools including Salesforce, Clari, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Zoominfo.
- Experience leveraging AI-powered sales tools to identify customer pain points and expansion opportunities.
- Must be based in Germany for this hybrid role.
