What you will do

  • Take full ownership of the global SDR function and pipeline generation strategies to elevate the growth engine.
  • Manage, coach, and mentor a team of SDRs and SDR Managers, equipping them with necessary leadership skills.
  • Pioneer and experiment with AI-augmented workflows to increase top-of-funnel efficiency and quality.
  • Align teams across Marketing, Sales, and GTM Operations to ensure a seamless transition to Account Executives.
  • Solve operational bottlenecks and prioritize measurable business outcomes over mere activity.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of managing and scaling high-performing SDR teams with a focus on outbound generation.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and developing other managers.
  • Entrepreneurial and pragmatic attitude focused on scalable business growth and ROI.
  • Autonomous problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve bottlenecks independently.
  • Strong, structured communication skills suitable for executive presentations.
  • Must be based in or be able to work from Cologne, Germany (Hybrid)
