What you will do

• Manage an independent caseload of cross-border Personal Injury claims.
• Assist experienced colleagues on high-value and complex cases.
• Undertake detailed legal research and drafting.
• Calculate special damages and represent clients at hearings.
• Communicate directly with clients and witnesses.
• Attend joint settlement meetings and court hearings.

Requirements

• Experience in travel and tourism claims or personal injury claims.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• High attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work.
• Capability to work independently while contributing to a team.
• Strong interest in developing knowledge of cross-border claims.
