What you will do
- Partner with sales and business development teams to design and execute pipeline acceleration programs.
- Develop and optimize multi-channel campaigns for surveillance and compliance sectors across EMEA and the Americas.
- Build and manage demand generation initiatives tied to the Surveillance portfolio.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with content, product, events, and digital marketing teams to ensure a seamless prospect experience.
- Analyze and report on performance metrics, including leads and pipeline contribution, to optimize program effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally within financial services or a regulated industry.
- Ability to design and execute account-based marketing (ABM) or demand generation programs.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing platforms and CRM tools.
- Ability to work effectively across global, matrixed teams and with external agencies.
- Must be based in London to support a hybrid work schedule (minimum 3 days in-office).
Nice to have
- Familiarity with marketing technology platforms used in enterprise environments.
- Experience executing global campaigns across EMEA and Americas markets.
