What you will do

  • Lead the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of global third-party and company-owned events.
  • Research and prioritize industry conferences and sponsorship opportunities aligned with ICP and revenue goals.
  • Design and scale company-owned experiences, including executive roundtables and client forums.
  • Coordinate activation strategies across Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to maximize pipeline.
  • Manage event budgets and negotiate commercial contracts with external vendors.
  • Establish success metrics (MQLs, SQLs) and analyze performance data to optimize future strategy.

Requirements

  • Experience in global B2B event planning within enterprise SaaS, fintech, or high-growth technology environments.
  • Proven track record in revenue marketing, pipeline generation, and attribution modelling.
  • Expertise in event operations, logistics, and risk mitigation.
  • Strong commercial negotiation and budget forecasting skills.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the London office 2 days per week.
