What you will do

• Shape positioning and messaging for the UK and European markets to differentiate hirify.global for local finance leaders.
• Develop market-specific messaging frameworks, value propositions, and customer narratives to support sales and adoption.
• Optimize demand generation campaigns and improve TOFU conversion in partnership with growth marketing.
• Lead product and market launches as the company expands across more European countries.
• Create and scale sales enablement assets including pitch decks, battle-cards, and demo narratives.
• Provide PMM support for other international market initiatives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience, including 5+ years in B2B Product Marketing.
• Based in London with strong familiarity with UK business culture and buying behaviors.
• Proven experience launching and scaling products in new markets, regions, or business lines.
• Strong skills in customer research, positioning, and messaging.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in using AI tools as a core part of the professional workflow.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, financial services, or B2B software serving finance teams.
• Experience supporting international expansion or market entry initiatives.
• Familiarity with GDPR, UK financial regulations, and regional compliance.
