Marketing Manager (Fintech): Managing the execution of Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) marketing plans for savings and investment segments with an accent on cross-sell, upsell, and retention strategies. Focus on implementing test-and-learn methodologies within agile pods to drive commercial value and optimize marketing performance.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Halifax (Hybrid: 40% office attendance required)

Salary: £61,344–£68,160

What you will do

  • Manage the implementation of the Customer Lifecycle Management plan by defining hypotheses and delivering against objectives.
  • Work in agile, cross-disciplinary pods to address tactical marketing challenges and drive innovation.
  • Manage the handover of successful activities to Growth, CRM, and Campaign teams for automation.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of customer needs and journeys to inform planning and prioritization.
  • Use data and insights to track performance, optimize activities, and report on outcomes.
  • Stay current with marketing trends, channels, and technology to improve effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Customer Lifecycle Management or full-funnel marketing.
  • Experience delivering cross-sell and upsell activity to drive commercial value.
  • Experience working in agile or fast-paced environments.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance customer needs and business objectives.
  • Ability to prioritize work and manage dependencies in a collaborative team setting.
