What you will do

• Drive product and growth initiatives to optimize customer experience, engagement, and conversion rates.
• Design and execute experiments across the entire customer lifecycle, from acquisition and onboarding to retention.
• Build operational leverage by identifying bottlenecks and automating manual processes.
• Drive the adoption and implementation of AI tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor) to enhance internal workflows and customer servicing.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, finance, operations, and capital markets to translate ambiguous problems into impactful plans.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product management, strategy, consulting, analytics, or startup environments.
• Proven track record of owning products or leading successful growth initiatives.
• Strong interest in fintech, lending, and the application of technology to financial services.
• Ability to operate independently and switch seamlessly between high-level strategy and granular execution.
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills and first-principles thinking.
• Must be based in London to support the hybrid work model
