is a product-led company building a community intelligence platform for gaming studios and global brands using AI and ML.
What you will do
- Translate high-level, under-defined visions into concrete system designs and discrete projects for engineering and design teams.
- Define and refine AI-driven features, focusing on agentic software and the actual value delivered to customers.
- Own the product roadmap and priorities based on product data and social listening insights.
- Establish success metrics and iterate on features post-launch to ensure growth and adoption.
- Collaborate closely with lead engineers and designers to accelerate the loop from concept to shipping.
- Partner with marketing and customer success to ensure product adoption and market fit.
Requirements
- Proven track record of owning a product area end-to-end and shipping ambiguous bets.
- Ability to quickly translate vague directions into clear, actionable technical specifications.
- Strong technical fluency in software architecture to communicate effectively with engineers.
- Experience shipping LLM-native products beyond simple chatbots.
- Proficiency in using product and customer data to defend and make decisions.
- Must be able to work in a European timezone.
Nice to have
- Background in social media analytics, consumer/audience insights, or adjacent domains.
- Previous founder or operator experience.
- Experience with SaaS, data, or insight products.
