What you will do
- Conduct in-depth market research to profile C-suite executives aligned with event themes and business objectives.
- Develop and optimize targeted prospect databases using CRM systems and professional networking platforms like LinkedIn.
- Analyze industry trends and geographic regions to identify high-value business opportunities.
- Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and sponsorship opportunities.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the reach of event marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in lead generation, market research, or data-driven prospecting.
- Must be based in Cape Town for in-person office work.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
- Ability to start immediately is preferred.
