What you will do

  • Conduct in-depth market research to profile C-suite executives aligned with event themes and business objectives.
  • Develop and optimize targeted prospect databases using CRM systems and professional networking platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Analyze industry trends and geographic regions to identify high-value business opportunities.
  • Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and sponsorship opportunities.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the reach of event marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in lead generation, market research, or data-driven prospecting.
  • Must be based in Cape Town for in-person office work.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
  • Ability to start immediately is preferred.
