What you will do
- Create and manage high-performing LinkedIn content including posts, carousels, and hooks.
- Turn engagement metrics like likes, comments, and profile views into meaningful conversations and qualified leads.
- Build and optimize simple inbound funnels to drive prospects toward booked calls.
- Collaborate directly with the founder to refine messaging, lead quality, and content strategy.
- Nurture inbound prospects through thoughtful follow-ups and strategic communication.
- Analyze content performance data to continuously test and improve conversion paths.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in inbound marketing, content-led lead generation, or organic B2B growth.
- Strong experience growing and managing LinkedIn content for business purposes.
- Proven ability to generate inbound leads and pipeline through content.
- Excellent copywriting and messaging skills with a deep understanding of B2B buyer psychology.
- Ability to connect content performance directly to business outcomes and pipeline growth.
- Must be available to work during U.S. Business Hours.
Nice to have
- Experience generating inbound pipeline for B2B agencies, SaaS, or consulting firms.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn analytics, CRM systems, and content performance tracking.
- Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude for ideation and optimization.
