What you will do

• Build and manage complex workflows, automations, and nurture sequences inside GoHighLevel.
• Create, schedule, and publish content across online communities while managing engagement.
• Maintain clean CRM records, pipeline tracking, and lead generation databases.
• Edit and produce short-form marketing videos and clips using tools like Canva and Veed.
• Support membership operations, including onboarding, participant coordination, and program material organization.
• Assist leadership with calendar coordination, task tracking, and operational research.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in GoHighLevel (GHL) and CRM automation systems.
• Proven experience in marketing operations, executive assistance, or virtual assistance.
• Must be comfortable working remotely during PST business hours.
• Strong written English communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple operational workflows independently.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Canva, and short-form content editing tools.

Nice to have
