What you will do
- Build and execute multi-channel outbound marketing campaigns targeting high-ticket B2B prospects.
- Develop scalable outbound prospecting systems and outreach playbooks.
- Research and build targeted lead lists using Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, ZoomInfo, or similar tools.
- Write personalized outreach messaging and create LinkedIn content to drive engagement.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance based on response and engagement metrics.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine outbound strategy and pipeline generation.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in B2B outbound marketing, lead generation, or SDR roles.
- Strong experience with LinkedIn outreach and B2B prospect engagement.
- Hands-on experience with Apollo, Clay, Sales Navigator, or ZoomInfo.
- Strong copywriting ability for outbound messaging and email campaigns.
- Must be based in Kenya or South Africa.
- Must be able to work U.S. Business Hours (EST).
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

- Familiarity with CRM systems and outbound automation tools.
