• Create, schedule, and publish content across social media and community platforms.
• Build and manage email automation and CRM workflows within GoHighLevel.
• Edit short-form videos and produce digital marketing assets using Canva and Veed.
• Maintain clean CRM records and track participant progress for online programs.
• Conduct research for lead generation and support outbound marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be available to work during U.S. Business Hours (PST).
• Proven experience in executive assistance, marketing coordination, or digital operations.
• High proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM systems like GoHighLevel.
• Strong skills in video editing tools such as Canva, Veed, and OpusClips.
• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Strong multitasking abilities and exceptional attention to detail.
