What you will do

• Maintain accurate visibility of manufacturing WIP and output status, perform capacity planning.
• Identify and predict bottlenecks across manufacturing processes.
• Support team leaders and managers with data-driven analysis for decision-making.
• Design reporting formats and deliver routine performance and KPI reports.
• Develop management control systems for financial planning and production optimization.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen methodologies to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Linkou, Taiwan
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or related fields.
• Minimum 5+ years experience in Industrial Engineering, Strategic Planning, or Business Intelligence.
• Strong financial acumen and familiarity with ERP and SAP systems.
• English: C1 proficiency required
• Experience in Semiconductor or Electronics industry is a strong plus.

Nice to have

• Experience with Spotfire, Power BI, and data structures.
