What you will do

• Influence the Product Service Life Cycle (SLC) to optimize retrofits, calibrations, and reliability.
• Build expertise in overall system operation, integration, and diagnostics.
• Analyze critical customer issues and collaborate with Software and Platform Engineering to provide plans of action.
• Perform hands-on integration of Alpha/Beta systems and serviceability validation.
• Apply AI/ML technologies to solve real-world engineering problems.
• Provide onsite support during beta testing, installations, and upgrades.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years, Master's with 3+ years, or a Doctorate in a relevant field.
• Hands-on experience designing and solving problems with electro/mechanical assemblies.
• Solid fundamentals in mechanical engineering, design principles, and fabrication methods.
• Strong analytical and data analysis skills.
• English: Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
• Ability to travel domestic and foreign up to 50%.

Nice to have

• Experience in Capital Equipment within the semiconductor industry.
• Proficiency in Python, Power BI, SQL Server, and Excel.
• Mechatronics background.
