What you will do

• Lead and execute sourcing activities for select categories, including RFQs, supplier evaluation, and negotiations.
• Analyze sourcing, pricing, and supplier data to generate insights for cost savings and risk mitigation.
• Support day-to-day category management to ensure alignment with business needs and supply continuity.
• Maintain accurate pricing, contracts, and supplier information within ERP and sourcing systems.
• Track performance metrics and reporting to monitor category effectiveness and supplier performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in Operations, Engineering, and Finance to execute priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain.
• Proficiency in data analysis, problem solving, and written communication.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement tools.
• Must be based in Shanghai, China for a hybrid work arrangement.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
