What you will do

• Lead SC&Q teams in China, including Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE), Transfer and Make to Buy Program, Supplier Audits, and Cost of Goods (CoG) Program.
• Translate global SS&P SC&Q and business line strategies into regional priorities, execution roadmaps, and performance dashboards.
• Ensure supplier readiness across the full product lifecycle, from new repair solution development to High Volume Manufacturing and End of Life (EOL).
• Lead complex supplier transfer projects, factory transfers to suppliers, and phase-out/phase-in planning.
• Deploy standardized processes and worldwide best-known methods to increase regional operational efficiency.
• Drive employee engagement, leadership development, and succession planning within the regional organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in project management, sourcing, supply chain, or manufacturing within global matrix organizations.
• 10+ years of leadership experience across project management, supply chain industrialization, or supplier quality.
• Proven track record as a leader of leaders, managing multi-site and multi-functional teams.
• Excellent English and Mandarin proficiency.
• Ability to work from Shanghai, China.
