What you will do

• Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability.
• Negotiate and administer supplier contracts to optimize value and ensure compliance.
• Manage end-to-end purchase order processing and approve invoices for payment.
• Perform life cycle costing analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities across procurement categories.
• Build strong supplier relationships and monitor performance through defined KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to review technical specifications and align procurement needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in purchasing or sourcing within FMCG, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing environments.
• Based in or able to work in Shanghai.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience with e-sourcing tools and procurement systems.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage large spend categories.
