What you will do

• Execute booking and documentation processes with clients and carriers.
• Perform timely shipment troubleshooting and manage exception escalation and handling.
• Collaborate with account management and planning teams to ensure an effective end-to-end export process.
• Plan and execute special freight operations, including dangerous goods (DG) and reefer shipments.
• Coach junior specialists on daily operational tasks and best practices.
• Inform business process and software needs to help scale the team while improving quality and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, ocean carrier operations, or consulting.
• Knowledge of ocean freight is considered a plus.
