Salary: $221,000–$331,000 USD (New York) / $229,000–$275,000 CAD (Toronto)

What you will do
- Build and lead a team of Program Delivery Leads, establishing a high-performance culture and clear standards of excellence.
- Define and refine the operational framework for program delivery, including cadences, core artifacts, and communication standards.
- Personally lead delivery on the most strategically significant flagship client programs.
- Serve as the senior relationship owner for key clients, ensuring a coordinated and professional partner experience.
- Manage systemic risks across the program portfolio and lead decision-making forums to align internal and client stakeholders.
- Continuously improve delivery practices by turning real-world experience into repeatable, scalable standards.
Requirements
- 8+ years in enterprise software delivery, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing program managers or delivery leads.
- Proven success building or scaling a program delivery function in enterprise B2B environments.
- Solid understanding of financial markets and the institutional investment management landscape (front, middle, and back office).
- Direct experience delivering financial software to institutional clients, including architectural and operational knowledge.
- Familiarity with modern software development practices, including Agile and engineering tradeoffs.
- Strong executive presence and ability to communicate effectively between technical and commercial audiences.
