Sr. Program Manager (Fintech)

Location: On-site in Grand Rapids, Michigan, United States

Salary: $130,000–$170,000 base compensation per year

What you will do

• Define and manage program plans, roadmaps, scope, success measures, budgets, timelines, and resourcing.
• Lead planning and execution across multiple cross-functional workstreams and related projects.
• Facilitate steering committees and program-level decision forums.
• Align interdependent projects and functions while managing risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
• Advise executives and senior leaders on program trade-offs, risks, and impacts.
• Mentor Program Managers and Project Managers and ensure consistent PMO delivery standards.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience leading large-scale or enterprise-level programs.
• Bachelor’s degree required; a master’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
• PMP or PgMP certification required; Agile or Lean certifications are preferred.
• Proven success influencing senior and executive stakeholders.
• Exceptional executive communication, facilitation, synthesis, and recommendation skills.
• Comfort with an on-site presence in Grand Rapids, Michigan, is required.
