Program Management, Lead

Location: Toronto, Canada; flexible hybrid work model. Must be eligible to work for hirify.global in Canada in a full-time capacity.

Salary: CAD 135,000–175,000 per year, plus eligibility for a short-term incentive plan.

What you will do

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic programs and initiatives aligned with business objectives and stakeholder requirements.
• Define program scope, goals, deliverables, plans, timelines, budgets, milestones, and KPIs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, vendors, and delivery partners.
• Partner with Product Owners and Product Managers to align strategy, vision, roadmaps, and execution.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies while implementing corrective actions.
• Report program status, progress, and metrics to senior leadership and external stakeholders while driving continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• PMP certification required; PgMP certification is an asset.
• 10+ years of experience managing complex programs from initiation through closure.
• Experience managing multiple vendors and delivery partners across technology transformation programs.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, problem-solving, project planning, budgeting, and timeline management skills.
• Experience with Waterfall, Hybrid, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Microsoft Project, and JIRA.
