Senior Director, Platform Prioritization & Delivery (Fintech)

Location: Remote, United States; ability to travel approximately four or more times per year for in-person collaboration is required.

Annual full-time starting base salary: $196,000–$243,000, plus eligibility for annual incentive and equity programs.

What you will do

• Lead and develop four Delivery Managers embedded across Collections, Data & AI/Model Process, Portfolio Management, and Acquisitions.
• Own the company-wide prioritization tracker as the trusted source of truth for initiative status, stage, rationale, and capacity.
• Run weekly prioritization meetings, monthly business reviews, and quarterly business reviews with executive-level rigor.
• Establish delivery standards, frameworks, and portfolio tooling that initiative teams adopt in daily work.
• Align Product, Engineering, Data Science, Credit, Marketing, Finance, and Legal/Compliance stakeholders, resolving blockers and trade-offs.
• Lead post-initiative retrospectives that result in concrete improvements to planning and delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience building prioritization, delivery, governance, or oversight processes in complex cross-functional organizations.
• Experience leading, hiring, coaching, and developing Delivery Managers, Program Managers, or comparable delivery leaders.
• Experience operating autonomously in a highly regulated and technical environment and shaping functional strategy.
• Experience owning enterprise-level portfolio intake, prioritization, and execution tracking end to end.
• Ability to align senior and executive stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Finance, Credit, and Legal without direct authority.
• Hands-on experience with modern delivery methodologies and portfolio or workflow tools such as Jira, Jira Align, Asana, Monday.com, or Smartsheet.

Nice to have

• Experience in consumer lending, credit cards, or another regulated financial services environment.
• Experience scaling delivery governance and team structures in a fast-growing, mid-sized organization.
• Experience configuring Jira Align, Dragonboat, Productboard, or comparable enterprise portfolio tools.
• Experience building portfolio dashboards with Tableau or Power BI.
