What you will do

• Manage multiple related projects and ongoing operations affecting three or more businesses or functional areas.
• Develop and maintain project plans, forecasts, schedules, budgets, requirements, and delivery plans.
• Monitor project scope, cost, schedule, technical performance, risks, quality, resources, and change controls.
• Measure performance, address program issues, implement risk mitigations, and communicate status to stakeholders and executive management.
• Lead, mentor, train, and motivate project teams while coordinating resources across constituent projects.
• Maintain risk, regulatory, audit, and internal control standards throughout the program lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years of proven project management experience, or 12 years of combined higher education and work experience including at least 8 years of project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodology and proficiency with personal computers and relevant software packages.
• Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, influencing, consensus-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under time constraints and work effectively with clients, management, peers, and external business partners.
• Experience managing complex programs with multiple projects, significant budgets, large teams, and internal and external system integrations.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification.
• Master’s degree.
