What you will do

• Maintain the fixed asset register, ensuring accurate recording of additions, transfers, disposals, and retirements.
• Process capitalization of assets according to company policy and accounting standards.
• Calculate and post monthly depreciation and amortization.
• Ensure proper classification of assets such as IT equipment, machinery, and furniture.
• Support monthly close activities through journal entries, reconciliations, and depreciation postings.
• Prepare balance sheet schedules and reports for auditors and internal management.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economy, or a similar field.
• At least 1+ years of experience within an SSC environment in a related accounting process.
• Knowledge of ERP systems.
• Very good level of written and spoken English.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop professionally.
