hirify.global is a fast-growing brand specializing in high-quality "Better For You" (BFY) products sold via their own online store and major retail chains.

What you will do

• Take full ownership of Auchan, ITM/Intermarché, and AMC accounts, managing commercial relationships and execution.
• Lead annual negotiations to defend terms and secure expanded shelf space and better placement.
• Build and activate joint business plans focused on mutual category growth ambitions.
• Manage the full P&L of the account portfolio, including revenue, trade spend, and margins.
• Analyze promotional ROI, in-store execution, and competitive dynamics to optimize sell-out performance.
• Organize customer engagement activities, including buyer visits, product events, and hirify.global Brand Days.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in FMCG with direct KAM experience.
• Established working relationships with Auchan and ITM buying teams that can be activated immediately.
• Proven track record of growing accounts through revenue uplift and range expansion.
• Strong commercial acumen, P&L literacy, and ability to build compelling business cases.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Based in IDF (Île-de-France) region.
