What you will do
- Drive revenue and performance accountability for branded content and partner sales.
- Create and execute high-impact commercial growth plans and growth strategies for key markets.
- Build and nurture multi-year business relationships with senior leadership at key clients and agencies.
- Lead the team to deliver compelling, ambitious pitches and proposals that win briefs.
- Define and co-create a world-class digital partnership product suite to provide unique access to global fandoms.
- Align cross-functional stakeholders to activate and monetize the global IP catalogue.
Requirements
- Proven success selling multi-platform, content-led partnerships and video inventory.
- Experience leading, coaching, and motivating high-performing sales teams.
- Strong industry network across agencies, clients, and platforms with negotiation skills at senior levels.
- Ability to design and price commercial products for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Snapchat.
- Deep expertise in digital ecosystems, including the creator economy and fan engagement.
- Must be based in London, UK
