What you will do
- Lead a high-performing sales team to exceed revenue targets through strategic, results-oriented sales plans.
- Oversee DTC and performance media sales, driving new business and expanding existing client relationships.
- Manage senior-level partnerships with key clients and advertising agencies to accelerate market presence.
- Utilize Salesforce, Salesloft, and market data to optimize pipeline and activity management.
- Own revenue forecasting and quota planning across the broader team to align with organizational goals.
- Coach and mentor early-career sales talent to elevate overall team capability.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in management.
- Proven track record in lower-funnel KPI advertising sales.
- Deep expertise in the digital advertising ecosystem and emerging technologies.
- Strong financial acumen in forecasting, budgeting, and revenue management.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, and MediaRadar.
- Legal right to work in the U.S. is required.
