What you will do

• Act as the primary day-to-day contact for clients to manage social media activities and build trust.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of organic and paid social campaigns, ensuring budget and timeline adherence.
• Translate client needs into actionable briefs for internal strategy, creative, production, and data teams.
• Identify campaign optimization opportunities and provide strategic recommendations for growth.
• Manage project financials, including budgeting, scoping, and profitability reporting to the Account Director.
• Utilize AI and social listening tools to streamline workflows and deliver innovative solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships on social media accounts.
• Exceptional organizational skills for managing content calendars, community management, and reporting.
• Practical fluency in major social platforms including TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and Facebook.
• Solid commercial acumen regarding project budgeting, scoping, and profitability.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional creative and data teams.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from the London office on a hybrid basis
