What you will do
- Own product areas from discovery through requirements definition, launch, and ongoing improvement.
- Translate customer feedback, usage data, and support trends into clear product requirements and prioritized backlog items.
- Write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and release notes for engineering and QA teams.
- Partner with engineering and QA to ensure high-quality feature delivery and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with design and engineering to improve user experience, workflow clarity, and administrative interfaces.
- Work with product marketing, sales, and support to prepare internal enablement and customer-facing launch materials.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- 3+ years of experience in product management, product owner, or related SaaS roles.
- 3+ years of experience working with agile engineering teams, including backlog management and sprint planning.
- 3+ years of experience translating customer feedback and business needs into prioritized product requirements.
- 3+ years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, QA, UX, and go-to-market teams.
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and drive customer-facing improvements.
Nice to have
- Experience contributing to shipped customer-facing software features.
- Ability to identify usability issues and workflow friction.
- Experience creating low-fidelity wireframes to clarify requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to balance customer needs with technical feasibility and release timelines.
