What you will do

  • Own product areas from discovery through requirements definition, launch, and ongoing improvement.
  • Translate customer feedback, usage data, and support trends into clear product requirements and prioritized backlog items.
  • Write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and release notes for engineering and QA teams.
  • Partner with engineering and QA to ensure high-quality feature delivery and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering to improve user experience, workflow clarity, and administrative interfaces.
  • Work with product marketing, sales, and support to prepare internal enablement and customer-facing launch materials.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, product owner, or related SaaS roles.
  • 3+ years of experience working with agile engineering teams, including backlog management and sprint planning.
  • 3+ years of experience translating customer feedback and business needs into prioritized product requirements.
  • 3+ years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, QA, UX, and go-to-market teams.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and drive customer-facing improvements.

Nice to have

  • Experience contributing to shipped customer-facing software features.
  • Ability to identify usability issues and workflow friction.
  • Experience creating low-fidelity wireframes to clarify requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance customer needs with technical feasibility and release timelines.
