Location: Bucharest, Romania (Hybrid)
Salary: From 8,340 RON per month (gross) + commissions

What you will do
- Act as the primary relationship holder and point of contact for partners in a defined territory.
- Impact retention rates and increase overall product adoption.
- Ensure partners are following best practices for maximum value.
- Identify new opportunities and drive awareness of the product suite.
- Proactively identify at-risk customers and turn their experiences around.
Requirements
- Experience in account management, sales, or customer service within the software industry.
- Proven ability to engage and excite an audience.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a curious mindset.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage a large book of business.
- Must be based in Bucharest, Romania to support the hybrid working model.
Nice to have
- Experience working within the SaaS industry.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau, and Outreach.
