TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (SaaS): Managing relationships between hirify.global and its partners to ensure value realization and product adoption with an accent on retention and customer experience. Focus on driving product adoption, identifying at-risk customers, and increasing customer lifetime value.

Location: Bucharest, Romania (Hybrid)

Salary: From 8,340 RON per month (gross) + commissions

What you will do

  • Act as the primary relationship holder and point of contact for partners in a defined territory.
  • Impact retention rates and increase overall product adoption.
  • Ensure partners are following hirify.global best practices for maximum value.
  • Identify new opportunities and drive awareness of the product suite.
  • Proactively identify at-risk customers and turn their experiences around.

Requirements

  • Experience in account management, sales, or customer service within the software industry.
  • Proven ability to engage and excite an audience.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a curious mindset.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage a large book of business.
  • Must be based in Bucharest, Romania to support the hybrid working model.

Nice to have

  • Experience working within the SaaS industry.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau, and Outreach.
