What you will do
- Map complex corporate structures to identify key decision-makers fitting the ideal customer profile.
- Execute rigorous territory plans using phone, email, and social outbound prospecting methodologies.
- Convert open-source community interest and digital footprints into qualified enterprise sales cycles.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Enterprise Sales to design and lead account-based campaigns.
- Conduct high-level discovery calls and ensure seamless handoffs to Account Executives.
- Manage all prospect activity and pipeline visibility within Salesforce and Salesloft.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of B2B Business Development or outbound prospecting experience focusing on enterprise accounts.
- Must be based in Romania (no visa sponsorship or relocation provided).
- BA/BS degree.
- Outstanding communication and storytelling skills for peer-level conversations with technical executives.
- Demonstrable track record of hitting and exceeding pipeline generation goals.
- High aptitude for learning complex database technology and IT software products.
