What you will do

• Define and drive the Manufacturing and multi-industry vertical strategy aligned with market trends and regulations.
• Own strategic client relationships to ensure proactive communication and long-term growth via cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Lead and coach a team of Client Partners in consultative selling and strategic account management.
• Oversee sales and proposal development to ensure alignment with client needs and profitability targets.
• Monitor client satisfaction metrics and facilitate executive-level governance sessions.
• Manage budgets and ensure accurate CRM reporting and data-driven forecasting.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in the IT sector specifically focused on the Manufacturing industry.
• Strong track record in building trust-based client relationships and driving revenue growth.
• Experience leading and mentoring teams in consultative sales and account management.
• Must be based in Romania.
• Regular and responsible use of AI tools to improve productivity, automate repetitive work, and support decision-making.
• Proficiency in English and German (written and spoken).
