What you will do

• Engage with customers to identify pain points and translate requirements into actionable features.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure high-quality feature delivery.
• Analyze product usage data using Heap to guide strategic decisions.
• Partner with product marketing and customer success for effective product launches.
• Represent the voice of the customer throughout the entire build process.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management.
• Strong analytical skills with a history of using data to inform decisions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with changing priorities.
• Excellent communication and empathy skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from the London office (Hybrid)

Nice to have

• Experience in Recruitment Technology.
