Location: Remote. Must be based in EMEA or North America for strong timezone crossover with the team.

What you will do
- Own a defined product surface and become the resident expert on its functionality.
- Analyze and diagnose agent behavior, configurations, and customer setups.
- Convert customer feedback patterns into prioritized signals for the product roadmap.
- Develop enablement materials including documentation, guides, and live-chat resources.
- Conduct webinars, demos, and market research to support sales and product growth.
- Manage the support queue to gain direct insight into real-world product behavior.
Requirements
- Based in EMEA or North America for timezone alignment with the team.
- Proven ability to use customer feedback to influence product direction and roadmaps.
- Strong communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- AI-native approach, using AI tools to scale work and research.
- Product-minded mindset with a desire to grow into product management or deployment.
Nice to have
- Experience with e-commerce, DTC brands, or CX at scale.
- Background in social media or community management.
- Hands-on experience with APIs, Shopify themes, prompt engineering, or user research.
