Salary: $170,000 – $253,000

What you will do
- Lead strategic delivery of GTM application programs with a focus on AI solutions.
- Define product vision and roadmaps for AI-embedded workflows, including agent assist and predictive case avoidance.
- Collaborate with Data & AI teams to design scalable architectures and data pipelines.
- Partner with senior leadership to align requirements and establish AI-enabled workflows.
- Manage IT operating budgets and Annual Operating Plans.
- Execute change management and communication plans to ensure adoption of transformations.
Requirements
- 10+ years of IT experience, including 3-5 years in a leadership role.
- Extensive knowledge of sales capabilities such as Opportunity Management, Deal Registration, and Pipeline Management.
- Experience with Salesforce, Oracle CPQ, Anaplan, and Analytics Platforms.
- Hands-on expertise deploying agentic and generative AI (e.g., Agentforce, Gemini, OpenAI, Copilot).
- Strong understanding of SaaS, Middleware, Cloud computing, DevOps, and API Management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
