What you will do

• Lead strategic delivery of GTM application programs with a focus on AI solutions.
• Define product vision and roadmaps for AI-embedded workflows, including agent assist and predictive case avoidance.
• Collaborate with Data & AI teams to design scalable architectures and data pipelines.
• Partner with senior leadership to align requirements and establish AI-enabled workflows.
• Manage IT operating budgets and Annual Operating Plans.
• Execute change management and communication plans to ensure adoption of transformations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of IT experience, including 3-5 years in a leadership role.
• Extensive knowledge of sales capabilities such as Opportunity Management, Deal Registration, and Pipeline Management.
• Experience with Salesforce, Oracle CPQ, Anaplan, and Analytics Platforms.
• Hands-on expertise deploying agentic and generative AI (e.g., Agentforce, Gemini, OpenAI, Copilot).
• Strong understanding of SaaS, Middleware, Cloud computing, DevOps, and API Management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
