TL;DR

Senior Sales Engineer (Cybersecurity/UEM): Supporting the sales organization and partners by delivering product demonstrations and leading Proof-of-Value (POV) engagements for UEM/RMM solutions with an accent on technical discovery and solution design. Focus on translating complex customer challenges into value-driven architectures and driving market adoption of cyber resilience tools.

Location: Hybrid (3 days a week in the Edinburgh office)

What you will do

  • Deliver technically accurate product demonstrations highlighting the capabilities and value of cybersecurity and data protection solutions.
  • Conduct detailed technical discovery sessions and translate requirements into well-designed solution architectures.
  • Manage the end-to-end Proof-of-Value (POV) and trial process, including scoping, setup, and executive handoff.
  • Enable MSPs, resellers, and OEM partners through training and technical validation.
  • Provide field insights on industry trends and competitive positioning to influence the product roadmap.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, webinars, and executive briefings as a technical advocate.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of IT-administration concepts and industry knowledge.
  • Proven experience in pre-sales engineering, sales engineering, or technical consulting roles.
  • Ability to design and articulate solution architectures aligned with customer environments.
  • Experience leading technical evaluations (POVs) with measurable outcomes.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Edinburgh office 3 days a week.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and executive stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in French.
  • Experience working with MSPs, VARs, or channel-driven sales motions.
