Location: Must be legally permitted to work in Malaysia (Hybrid in Kuala Lumpur)

What you will do

  • Execute the Malaysia enterprise sales strategy to increase market share and visibility across high-value accounts.
  • Manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, focusing on large-scale opportunities with strong ARR potential.
  • Identify and close net-new business in priority sectors including financial services, telecommunications, and healthcare.
  • Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and transformation sponsors to align customer priorities with business outcomes.
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles using MEDDPICC or equivalent methodologies.
  • Collaborate with presales and technical teams to translate customer requirements into compelling solution narratives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales (SaaS, Cloud, CX, CRM, or AI platforms).
  • Proven track record of closing and expanding high-value deals, including transactions above USD 500k.
  • Deep understanding of the Malaysia enterprise market, including business culture and regulatory considerations.
  • Strong command of enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger Selling, or Value-Based Selling.
  • Legal authorization to work in Malaysia is strictly required.
  • Fluency in English.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Experience selling CCaaS, UCaaS, or CPaaS solutions.
  • Established relationships within Malaysian financial institutions, telcos, or government-linked organizations.
  • Experience working within regional or matrix organizations across Southeast Asia or APAC.
