What you will do

• Translate complex systems, policies, and operational constraints into clear, thoughtful product experiences.
• Identify high-leverage opportunities to improve coherence across user journeys and touchpoints.
• Partner with PMs, engineers, and researchers to shape product direction and drive business outcomes.
• Develop long-term strategies alongside pragmatic short-term design solutions.
• Design and prototype ideas using creative storytelling and demos.
• Contribute to shared design patterns and systems for the broader Risk organization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant product design experience at a product-driven technology company.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking, end-to-end design, and understanding of AI tools.
• Experience working on complex product areas with interconnected workflows and multiple stakeholders.
• Proven ability to prototype and design across multiple surfaces and touchpoints.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for influencing through design rationale.

• Comfort operating in fast-moving environments with shifting regulatory or operational needs.
