Location: Must be based in or be able to commute to the Shoreditch office (London) at least 3 days a week

What you will do
- Lead design and research for a lean squad, owning product areas from rough ideas to final delivery.
- Solve ambiguous problems, such as simplifying credit account flows to be as intuitive as current accounts.
- Craft premium, high-fidelity native mobile experiences with a focus on visual polish.
- Conduct direct user research, including member interviews and usability sessions.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers throughout the entire design process.
- Maintain and expand the company's design system to ensure consistency and development speed.
Requirements
- Senior-level experience shipping successful consumer products.
- Expertise in designing world-class native mobile applications.
- Generalist capabilities across UX research, content design, and copywriting.
- High attention to visual detail, including typography, layout, and spacing.
- Ability to work from the Shoreditch office at least 3 days a week.
- Curiosity and experience experimenting with AI tools to enhance the design process.
