Location: New York, hybrid

Salary: $140,000–$190,000 per year, plus company bonus and equity

What you will do

• Design the product experience for an AI partner serving finance teams.
• Help define how a new type of AI worker collaborates with human colleagues.
• Work closely with the team through real-time collaboration, iteration, and rapid feedback.
• Identify product improvements and implement smaller UI changes directly when appropriate.
• Make design central to product development as hirify.global grows.

Requirements

• Minimum five years of experience as a product designer in technology.
• Prior experience working at startups.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on product velocity.
• Ability to collaborate in real time and build ideas with others.
• Experience with AI, fintech, or enterprise software.
• Strong focus on solving user problems rather than only refining visual details.
