TL;DR

Location: Must be based in London (Hybrid: 60% office attendance required)

Salary: £120,000 – £135,000

What you will do

  • Lead the design vision for new business verticals, ensuring a seamless and coherent user experience across the entire travel portfolio.
  • Establish a high-cadence experimentation and prototyping culture to validate new market opportunities quickly.
  • Partner with product, engineering, and data science leadership to define research roadmaps and de-risk new product bets.
  • Integrate AI tools into the design discipline to accelerate exploration, testing, and shipping of new propositions.
  • Build, mentor, and scale the design team, fostering a culture comfortable with ambiguity and 0-1 product creation.
  • Maintain high craft standards while balancing speed and commercial impact in unproven spaces.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of 0-1 leadership, taking consumer propositions from concept to market with measurable commercial impact.
  • Strong ability to balance hands-on design craft with high-level strategic thinking.
  • Deep fluency in AI tooling and a clear vision for its application in modern design workflows.
  • Experience working in cross-functional leadership teams and influencing stakeholders through compelling storytelling.
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments where markets and problems are not yet defined.
  • Must be able to work from the London office at least 60% of the time.
