What you will do

  • Own the full recruitment cycle across LATAM, Europe, and the USA from sourcing to closing.
  • Build and scale a global talent pipeline using LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance hiring speed and candidate experience.
  • Partner with hiring managers as a trusted advisor on structured interviews and regional best practices.
  • Contribute to employer branding, engagement, and performance management initiatives.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in EMEA or Belgrade, Serbia.
  • 2+ years of in-house recruitment experience (agency background is not applicable).
  • Proven experience hiring in LATAM, Europe, or USA markets.
  • English: C1 level proficiency required.
  • Active use of AI tools in day-to-day work for sourcing and optimization.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Hiring process

  • Test Assignment (2 days) to showcase functional skills.
  • Technical Interview (45 minutes) focused on problem-solving and expertise.
