What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for product, design, delivery, and engineering professionals.
• Partner with hiring leaders to define success profiles, interview structures, and evaluation criteria.
• Build strong talent pipelines through proactive outreach, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies.
• Own the candidate journey end-to-end, ensuring thoughtful and timely communication.
• Manage offers and negotiations in alignment with compensation practices and internal equity.
• Coach interviewers on structured, fair, and inclusive evaluation practices.

Requirements

• Must be based in Colombia.
• 5+ years of recruiting experience, including technical/engineering and consulting/delivery roles.
• Ability to understand foundational technical concepts like APIs, cloud architectures, LLMs, and vector databases.
• Track record of hiring specialized passive talent in competitive markets.
• Strong relationship skills with the ability to influence and advise hiring leaders.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent searches while staying organized.
