What you will do

• Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for AI-powered products and features.
• Drive pricing and packaging strategy in partnership with Product, Finance, and Customer Support.
• Strengthen market positioning through insight-driven messaging and plans.
• Lead cross-functional launch programs to improve adoption and revenue.
• Translate customer and market insights into actionable product roadmap priorities.
• Build alignment across Product, Sales, Customer Support, and Marketing teams.
• Introduce repeatable frameworks to improve planning, execution, and measurement of initiatives.
• Represent hirify.global at key market events and industry forums.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States to work remotely.
• 5+ years in Product Marketing or related roles with leadership experience.
• Experience marketing AI, ML, or technology-forward products.
• Strong foundation in platform-level messaging and positioning.
• Hands-on experience with pricing and packaging strategies.
• Strong communication, storytelling, analytical, and project management skills.
