What you will do

• Lead the development of a modern brand platform reflecting AI, agents, and open collaboration.
• Translate company strategy and product vision into a compelling and differentiated brand narrative.
• Oversee the content writing team to ensure technical credibility and editorial excellence.
• Manage the hirify.global Shop as a brand laboratory for identity, culture, and storytelling.
• Collaborate with Microsoft stakeholders to align developer brand strategies across the ecosystem.
• Build programs and playbooks to ensure narrative adoption across various business teams.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in brand marketing, communications, or marketing strategy.
• 10+ years of experience executing communications and campaign management.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven ability to develop brand strategies and narrative systems for large organizations.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Design, Revenue, and Customer Success teams.

Nice to have

• Deep understanding of the software development landscape and the SDLC.
• Fluency in the current AI landscape, including agents, coding assistants, and automation.
• 7+ years of people management or agency leadership experience.
• Technical fluency to be credible with developers and product teams.
