Lead Application Engineer (IC Back-End)

What you will do

• Work with sales to identify and scope opportunities for the hirify.global DSG platform.
• Plan, execute, and manage technical evaluations with current and prospective customers and internal colleagues.
• Train, ramp up, and support customer projects.
• Deliver basic and advanced training sessions, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Provide expert technical support for client queries and help team members adopt advanced IC back-end technologies and tools.
• Summarize projects and report progress to the manager and team.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in digital IC implementation, including floorplanning, power planning, placement, CTS, routing, SI, and STA signoff.
• Familiarity with SOC-E, ETS or PrimeTime-SI, RC extraction, and LEF generation using Abstract Generator.
• Knowledge of Linux and Tcl is required.
• Strong program or engagement management skills.
• Effective teamwork and willingness to learn.
• Good command of English in written and spoken communication.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with hierarchical, timing-driven, SI-prevention, and low-power place-and-route projects.
