What you will do
- Design high-speed and high-performance SerDes blocks in advanced 3nm and 2nm technology nodes.
- Collaborate with DSP, Analog, and Digital design teams on SerDes architecture development.
- Coordinate with application engineers for IP characterization and validation planning.
- Provide technical instructions and guidance to layout engineers.
- Perform system-level pre-tape out analog validation and lab chip bring-up.
- Support product development and customer-facing technical inquiries.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related fields.
- Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in analog IC design.
- Strong proficiency in designing analog circuit blocks such as PLL, Data Converters, and Oscillators.
- Expertise in analog design and verification tools including Virtuoso, Spectre, and ADE.
- Deep understanding of signal integrity, noise reduction, and FinFet layout effects.
- Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
Nice to have
- Experience with post-layout extraction tools.
- Proven track record in high-speed SerDes block design (CTLE, FFE, DFE, CDR).
